A federal grand jury may be looking closer at allegations a government watch dog levied against Congressman Alan Mollohan, D-W.Va., nearly one year ago. The Dominion Post newspaper reported March 17 that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., sent subpoenas to at least one person asking that individual to testify before a grand jury in Washington, D.C., in April. The newspaper reported the subpoena was connected to an alleged investigation of the congressman and whether he failed to disclose sources of income.
